The SCOTS Association 20th Anniversary Race Day will take place on Sat 12 Sep 26 at Musselburgh Racecourse. All ranks (both serving and veterans) of The Royal Regiment of Scotland, and our antecedent Regiments, are strongly encouraged to support this event.
Entry includes:
- Hosting in the SCOTS private box in Queen's Stand
- Champagne reception
- 3 course lunch and cheese course and coffee
- Live Oompah band
- Race card per person
- Complimentary £5 bet
- Guest Tipster Talk
- Return transport by coach from Edinburgh Waverley to Musselburgh Racecourse
Attendance. All ranks (both serving and veterans) of The Royal Regiment of Scotland, and our antecedent Regiments, are strongly encouraged to support this event.
Timings and Format. Those attending are invited to RV at 1300, Edinburgh Waverley Station, to arrive at the Racecourse for 1400 via a private coach. The first race will be at 1610 and the last race at 1918. There will then be a return coach to Waverley station at 1930. A cash/contactless bar will be available throughout the day.
Entertainment. Guests will be entertained with seven flat races and music from the live Oompha band.
Seating Plan. The tables will be of 10. Those who wish to sit with certain others should indicate this when purchasing a ticket.
Dress. Dress for the day is smart casual.
Cost. The cost per person will be £120.
Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made on or before 01 Jun 26 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after 01 Jun 26 will not be eligible for a refund. This includes non-attendance, late cancellations or failure to notify RHQ SCOTS in writing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
