SCOTS App

SCOTS App is a digital platform that was launched in Jan 2023 that showcases The Royal Regiment of Scotland and connects the SCOTS community.  It enables all SCOTS past and present to have a digital gateway to connect, engage, support and be supported by a safe and trusted community.  Whether you are currently serving or a veteran, SCOTS App has been designed with you in mind.  You can find and connect with serving and veteran SCOTS, discover and join groups with fellow SCOTS and find out what’s going on and attend SCOTS events.  It also has a range of information and support for serving, veterans and their families.  The new feature of closed groups enables the battalions to add people and use this as a way of communicating with service personnel in a secure way.  Other features include the Transition Aide Memoire, your guide to transitioning to civilian life.  A messaging service to make connections with old and new friends on the App and share photos and links together.  Access to the SCOTS Online Shop.  The ability to contact us at RHQ direct with any questions or queries you may have and access to all the SCOTS Newsletters, Journals and publications. The notifications feature allows us to send instant messages directly to your phones, so if you would like to be kept informed of any upcoming events or news, please make sure you have the “Allow notifications” enabled on the app and on your phones.

REGISTER ON THE APP

SCOTS App can be downloaded using the button below after which you should register as a serving SCOTS or as a veteran.  If you register as veteran, once verified, you will then receive a letter from the President of the SCOTS Association, a SCOTS veteran pin badge and an SCOTS Association membership card.
